2. Scope of Services

We provide automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Diagnostics
  • Battery and A/C services
  • Full vehicle check-ups

All services are performed by qualified and experienced professionals using approved parts and procedures.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
  • Please arrive on time. If you're late or unable to attend, inform us in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse appointments in case of emergencies or technical limitations.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed are in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Service prices are approximate and may vary based on the specific vehicle and condition.
  • A detailed quote will be provided before major repairs.
  • Payments must be made in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept:

  • 📱 Mobile payments (if available)

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Refunds are issued only if a service is canceled prior to being performed or if a technical issue prevents us from delivering the agreed service.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed diagnostic services or work already initiated, except in cases of service failure or proven negligence.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you confirm that:

  • Your vehicle is legally registered and roadworthy
  • You have the authority to authorize repairs
  • You provide accurate information about vehicle issues

We are not responsible for damages caused by prior third-party repairs or undisclosed conditions.

7. Warranty

  • We offer a 3-month or 3,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) on parts and labor, unless otherwise stated.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or natural wear and tear.

8. Liability

Laxonelegends is not liable for:

  • Delays due to unavailable parts or supplier issues
  • Loss or damage arising from external events (weather, theft, etc.)
  • Minor cosmetic damage during repairs unless proven negligent

We maintain full insurance for garage operations and customer vehicles under our care.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, images) is the property of Laxonelegends or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any material without our written consent.

10. Privacy
